Let people shape a brand world through guided choices, creative prompts and personal responses.

EXPLORETHE EXPERIENCE

Design the exchange, not just the output.

Generative tools open up ways for people to influence a brand world. They also introduce questions about reliability, privacy, rights and moderation. We design the experience as a whole: the prompt, the response and the reason to participate, with testing, safeguards and delivery requirements built into the project scope.

Personalized creative outputs

Let a participant’s choices shape a visual, message or other creative response within a defined brand world.

Guided creative journeys

Consider structured prompts and choices that give people a useful starting point rather than an empty input box.

Conversational concepts

Investigate focused dialogue experiences with clear purpose, appropriate boundaries and an understandable role for the system.

Brand-world exploration

Experiment with ways to keep creative outputs connected to an art direction without promising perfect or unrestricted generation.

Safety and moderation design

Assess input handling, unsuitable outputs and escalation needs as part of the concept, not as a final add-on.

Data and rights review

Identify consent, privacy, content-rights and vendor requirements before deciding whether a concept is suitable for production.

More ways to
build the experience.

Why make
the story
interactive?

01

Give people creative influence

Let participants contribute to the experience rather than selecting only from a fixed set of finished assets.

02

Make personalization purposeful

Connect the response to the story and choices that matter, rather than adding a name to a generic result.

03

Build in responsible boundaries

Consider data, rights, moderation and reliability alongside the creative idea from the beginning.

04

Guide rather than overwhelm

Use purposeful choices and understandable prompts to make creative participation approachable.

From idea to experience.

01

Frame the experience

Start with the audience, campaign objective and intended destination. Define the interaction and the role it plays in the wider campaign.

02

Develop and refine

Agree the creative direction and technical scope, then build and review the experience at defined stages.

03

Prepare for delivery

Test against the agreed requirements and refine the details. Confirm handover, launch responsibilities and any ongoing support before release.

A few good questions.

Is this an available AI platform?

We offer custom AI experiences rather than a standalone self-service platform. Each project includes an agreed technical approach, vendor selection, safety review and delivery scope.

Would participant information train a model?

No such use should be assumed. Data flows, vendor terms, consent and retention are explicitly determined and communicated before a live experience is built.

Can the output be guaranteed to stay on brand?

No generative approach should be treated as perfectly predictable. We define constraints, testing and appropriate review or fallback behavior for the intended experience.
