EXPLORETHE EXPERIENCE

Make the environment part of the explanation.

A virtual space is most interesting when the environment helps people understand something. It can reveal a collection, connect products through a story or recreate an exhibition journey. We develop the visual direction and visitor experience together, with assets, navigation, performance and operational requirements agreed before production.

Virtual showrooms

Explore environments that organize a collection around use, story or design rather than a conventional list of products.

360° storytelling

Consider panoramic spaces where selected details and guided prompts help the visitor discover the narrative.

Interactive product points

Investigate purposeful information points that reveal details without overwhelming the environment or disrupting navigation.

Digital exhibitions

Explore a spatial way to present a story, body of work or campaign with a considered visitor journey.

Guided and open navigation

Balance freedom to explore with enough direction to help people understand where to go and what matters.

Asset and performance planning

Assess the source imagery, models, optimization and device requirements needed for a usable digital environment.

CREATIVE DIRECTIONS

Imagine the interaction.

More ways to
build the experience.

Why make
the story
interactive?

01

Connect products through a world

Use the surroundings to communicate relationships and atmosphere that a flat list cannot easily show.

02

Let visitors choose their depth

Support a quick look as well as a closer exploration of individual objects and stories.

03

Balance wonder with wayfinding

Make navigation, performance and content clarity part of the experience rather than an afterthought.

04

Give content a sense of place

Use layout, atmosphere and spatial relationships to help visitors remember how the story fits together.

From idea to experience.

01

Frame the experience

Start with the audience, campaign objective and intended destination. Define the interaction and the role it plays in the wider campaign.

02

Develop and refine

Agree the creative direction and technical scope, then build and review the experience at defined stages.

03

Prepare for delivery

Test against the agreed requirements and refine the details. Confirm handover, launch responsibilities and any ongoing support before release.

A few good questions.

Would a virtual store include checkout?

Not by default. Commerce, inventory, payment and account integrations are separate requirements. We agree whether the space is for discovery, transactions or both, and scope the necessary systems accordingly.

Do you offer 3D or 360° production?

Yes. We scope the environment, asset creation, interactive elements and technical delivery around the brief, including any specialist production requirements.

Would visitors need a headset?

That depends on the concept and delivery approach. Browser-led spaces do not require a headset. Any headset-based or mixed reality extension is considered separately; mixed reality remains a planned capability.
